Vieste is a medieval-era coastal town, famous because built out of white rocks and famous for its “faraglioni” some tall rock pillars formations in the sea. The town lays on a small hill with Svevo Aragonese castle dominating from the top. From the castle several narrow roads run down toward the sea.
